Purchasing Goods from Tattbrand
We would like to think that you are purchasing from us for personal use only, or maybe a gift, and not for resale. By placing an order with Tattbrand, your certify that you are purchasing products for your own use and not for business use, and that you accept our general terms and condition by doing so.

Our Delivery Policy
Delivery timings are based on working days.
Orders that we received over the weekend or bank holidays will be pick up on the next working day.
Since all our products is handmade our delivery times is between 5-10 business days.
Please note that all orders will be delivered from United Kingdom using DHL first class postage service.
Please ensure that the address on the order is the same as the one registered to the card.

Our Return Policy 
Custom Made orders based on your own measurements can not be returned.
All other items can only be returned if they are in the same condition as when delivered, unworn and unused.

Should any item be returned in an unsellable condition, we have the right to refuse a refund. 
The customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
Any returned items received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer at their expense.
All discounted sales items are non refundable.
Tattbrand's return period is 14 days.
The return postage is the responsibility of the customer and proof of postage must be obtained.
All refunds will be made to the same card used for the original purchase.

We want our customers to know that all personal information they provide on the website will not be sold or used for any marketing purposes or third parties.
We want you to know that your data is in safe hands.
We will only use your information to contact you about an order, and if you agree, to update you with regards to special offers.
